Shipping & Returns

Returns & Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange any item, follow these instructions: First you must call and obtain a return authorization number (R/O). Refusing an item or items without prior authorization will result in the full charge, and no credit will be issued. . Your original Internet Order Invoice must be included with your return. The dates of the order must coincide with your order. Call us at (405) 737-8697. Per your instructions, returned items will be promptly exchanged or the purchase price (less shipping & handling) refunded. Items shipped direct from the factory will be charged a restocking charge of 50% and shipping. We recommend that you use UPS or another form of insured mail service for shipping protection. Sorry, we will not accept returns sent C.O.D. Refused items will be returned to you at your risk.

Custom Orders: There are no refunds on custom orders, such as manufacturing or modification on any machines.

Machine Manufacturing Orders: THERE IS NO REFUNDS ON MACHINE ORDERS. If you cancel your order you will loose your 50 deposit.
